These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment, purchase, and participation in programs, coaching, or services offered by Elite Client Code. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & Commitment

By purchasing or enrolling in any Elite Client Code program (including the Elite Client Accelerator and related offers), you are making a firm commitment to participate and complete all associated payments. Enrollment is non-cancellable and non-transferable.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Options β€” We offer one-time payments or flexible installment plans (3-pay, 6-pay, or other agreed structures). All options provide the same program access.

  • Installment Plans β€” By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether you continue to participate in the program.

  • Non-Refundable β€” All payments are final. Due to the digital nature and immediate access of our services, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Services

  • Klarna, Afterpay, or other BNPL options may appear at checkout depending on your location and eligibility.

  • BNPL providers set their own limits. If your transaction exceeds their limits, you may use our in-house installment plans instead.

  • Elite Client Code is not responsible for BNPL approvals, declines, or payment terms set by third-party providers.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Elite Client Code provides coaching, consulting, education, and support. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • Nothing in our programs should be construed as medical, psychological, accounting, or legal guidance. If needed, please consult with a licensed professional.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

  • We make no guarantees of income or specific results.

  • Any examples of earnings, case studies, or testimonials are for illustrative purposes only and are not promises of future results.

  • Your success depends on many factors including your background, dedication, effort, and market conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (workbooks, videos, guides, frameworks, etc.) are the intellectual property of Elite Client Code and may not be duplicated, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Show up fully to coaching and program activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants.

  • Use the program in good faith and not for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Elite Client Code and Robin Vengadasalam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
